Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of astrotobby.site and Tobbygbot, the TikTok posting tool at astrotobby.site/tiktok (together, the "Service"), operated by Astro Tobby ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

astrotobby.site publishes articles about AI, automation and related topics. Tobbygbot lets you connect your own TikTok account and post short videos to it. Videos made from your blog posts wait in a review list; you check each one, choose its settings and post it yourself. Automation tools you control can also send videos to your TikTok drafts.

2. Your TikTok account

You connect TikTok through TikTok's official sign-in and choose the permissions you grant. You can disconnect at any time from the dashboard; this revokes our access and deletes the stored tokens. You can also remove access in TikTok's settings. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and, where relevant, Branded Content Policy.

3. Your content

You are responsible for the videos, captions and settings you post, and you confirm you have the rights to them. You keep ownership of your content. You give us only the limited permission needed to transmit it to TikTok on your instruction. We do not post anything without your action or an automation you set up.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to post unlawful, infringing, misleading, hateful or spam content, to get around TikTok's limits, or to access accounts you don't own or manage.

5. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. TikTok may change or limit its APIs, and posts may fail or be delayed. We may change, suspend or end the Service at any time.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content you post or actions TikTok takes on your account.

7. Privacy

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
